Detox

I've been looking for and trying lotsa ways to detox..

Perhaps living in city would naturally causes us to constipate..

At times, I can visit the toilet[as in 'big business'] only 2 times per week..

Very often I'll felt bloated, worst scenario was to look as if I'm pregnant..

which makes me easily irritated..

Hated this feeling..

M always curious and envious of some girls out there with flat belly..

Having more options for clothes to wear..

Wonders if they even have a stomach?.. :/

So far..

Of all the method and products I've tried..

Fruit Juices works best..

Juices like Orange Juices, Grapefruit Juice, Guava Juice, Yuzu Juice etc..

Probably coz slightly sour juice can help to digest food..

You can always google their benefit..

It's less costly..

Best of all, Fruits came from nature..Thus, not so much worries about side effect.. :)

Tried the skinnymint tea last time..

I guess becuz the before/after testimonial by lotsa user was too exaggerated..

Although the after picture looks too good to be true..

But bcoz before buying is like looking for hope, maybe tat's why consumer are more gullible.. :/

I felt kinda cheated.. -> Lesson Learned!..

Good thing is that I only bought the starter pack to try..

Maybe needa buy more and continue for a month or two to see the result but...

Due to that I don't have the habit of drinking tea in the morning n before sleep, I felt that this action somehow coz a burden to me..

Like not convenient loh..

N it's not cheap too..

I never buy anymore..

Recently..Kinohimitsu came out with new detox product..

Looks attractive coz it's a fruit product plus I'm looking for collagen product too..

N went ahead to find out more information..

They just had a roadshow at Tampines Mall last week..

Saw quite alot of ajummass trying out samples..hahaha.. -.-"

There's a young lady probably made a purchase of more than 200 to 300bucks.. 0.0

She's like spinning the lucky draw wheel non stop..

Initially, I only wanted to get 2 boxes to try1st but could not decide which flavor..

den the promoter told me that they are having some promotion..

Purchase 3 box N get Free Mug and 1 Lucky draw spin..

N I got tempted liao loh.. -.-zZ

I bought the 2-day speed cleansing, Cleanse & Shape and Cleanse & Beauty..

Fortunately, I did not buy the Cleanse & Boost..

Although it might be good for the body but the taste was not so pleasant..

Should I say it taste more like drinking vegetable..

It could also be due to 2 sachet(speed cleansing), the taste was stronger..

 

After trying all three flavor/product..

I think Cleanse & Shape tasted the best..

Completed the 2 day speed cleansing..

Following the instructions on the box..

was just worried that I didn't drank enough water..

Conclusion was it'll makes me feel full, so I'll eat less and lesser craving..

Mm..I don't dare to say anything else yet..

would probably needa use it for a few more weeks to see how it goes.. :)
